As an Ambassador you will be an integral part of the nationwide network committed to inspiring parents to enhance their skills in order to raise confident children who have the tools to successfully overcome obstacles, thrive in the face of adversity and reach their goals. In this kit, you’ll find everything you need to start connecting with other parents to spread the word about Fishful Thinking and to help develop happier, more optimistic and resilient kids.
What is Fishful Thinking?

The Goldfish® brand partnered with Positive Psychology leader, Dr. Karen Reivich, to create Fishful Thinking: a program for parents that helps them to raise kids who are optimistic and can confidently tackle life’s challenges.
With Fishful Thinking, parents can:
• talk with kids about how to deal with the ups and downs of life
• teach effective problem-solving techniques to help kids grow with a feeling of competence
• help kids develop an optimistic attitude that allows them to move past setbacks and obstacles • help kids to develop their confidence and reach their full potential
• empower themselves to develop positive communication with their children and practice the skills with their kids using fun, easy activities
• connect with other parents to find solutions that help develop happier, healthier, more resilient children
What will be expected of Ambassadors?
As an ambassador, you will be expected to:
• Drive traffic to FishfulThinking.com
• Generate Storybook Maker submissions on FishfulThinking.com/ storybook by sharing personal stories with friends and contacts
• Spread the Fishful Thinking message amongst online and offline networks • Host small events or get togethers
• Report updates online to Mr. Youth through Spark Reports, blogs and polls • Access branded online tools
How can I become a Fishful Thinking Ambassador?
- You have atlead one child between the ages of 4-12
- Currently use and are familiar with Pepperridge Farms products (Goldfish)
- You use a social networking site such as Facebook, Myspace ect...
I heard a rumor that only so many people would be accepted but I doubt that as true since there are close to 7,000 now and I was accepted today....
